Staff Response Page for CITCSM Degree Plan 2020

In view of the current Covid-19 situation we have been asked to compile a matrix of assessments outstanding for all degree programmes in Academic Year 19-20

Each lecturer involved in the delivery of components has been sent a copy of the spreadsheet of modules and assessments and should use this to inform the filling of the form hereinunder.

If you are the only person delivering a component please fill in the required boxes. These should only be used if you need to alter or change a mode of assessment, leave blank if no change is required. Where more than one lecturer is involved in a component any changes need to be agreed and confirmed with the HOD.

Use a separate form for each component and complete and submit these as soon as possible.
